10 ways to stay YOUNG



 


Watch out for sun

Unprotected exposure to sun , no matter how casual , causes age revealing sun spots, crow's feet and worst of all skin cancer. Always wear sunscreen that blocks out both UVA and UVB rays . 
 
 

Drink plenty of water

Consume at least eight glasses of water a day. Though for variety, you can resort to munching on fluid-filled veggies and fruits, or drinking pure fruit juice. 
 
 

Relax

We all know a relaxed mind always keeps you in a better health. But most of us ignores it and we indulge ourselves into all kind of tensions that are unhealthy. Being a grouch or uptight adds years to your face. Being positive not only makes life easier to bear, it makes you much better to look at too. 
 
 

Sleep tight

With everyday wear and tear, we need to rest and mend. Our whole body rejuvenates itself when we are deep in dreamland , so try to cut down on late nights. 
 
 

Make up that do wonders

A little blusher, a dab of lipstick and a touch of mascara can do wonders for every woman. But keep it natural and light --- too much eyeliner and too deep a lipstick shade can add years to your features. 
 
 

Less of that fat

Check out on your fat consumption. A low-fat diet nto only keeps the kilos (and the insecurities that come with them) at bay, it also keeps energy levels up. 
 
 

Say no to Boozing and Smoking.

Too much drinking dehydrates the skin and too much smoking decreases blood flow , making skin look sallow and stressed.
 
 

Wear the right clothes

The right clothes should fit you well and suit your personality. The wrong clothes don't allow you to breathe. They may be the latest designs , but they won't necessarily look good on you. So pick up those fabrics and colours and go for a style that matches your age. 
 
 

Exercise

Just 20 minutes three times a week will be able to provide you the required oxygen and blood to your skin, and so you will look and feel better. 
 
 

Get Happy

Happy people always appear younger. The ability to look on the bright side , positively, trying to maintain cool in however traumatic situation it might be, and above all staying happy will shower youthfulness on you leaving behind your age.
