Most women wear high heels 8 hours a day or more. The after effect
might create discomfort on feet, heels and toes.
Tips on caring for your foot
Buy shoes that fit is extremely important. Do not buy something that
does not fit just because it is under sale or have run out of size.
If you have a shoe that is too big, try putting some tissue papers or
cotton around it (that is if you could not find a shoe pad).
Once in a month or so, use a pumice stone (available in most pharmacy)
to rub your foot gently on the base area to remove any unwanted skin.
Use moisturizer moisturise on your foot as well.
To relief your foot after a hard day of work, add a few drops of natural
oil (i.e. baby oil, almond oil) to a tub of cold water. Place your foot
there for about 10 minutes. Then place your foot in a tub of hot water
for another 5 minutes. You might want to add a few drops of lemon juice
to remove the smell. Wipe the excess water then apply some moisturizer
on your foot. Your foot should feel terrifically great after this.
