Caring for your foot

Most women wear high heels 8 hours a day or more. The after effect might create discomfort on feet, heels and toes.

Tips on caring for your foot

  • Buy shoes that fit is extremely important. Do not buy something that does not fit just because it is under sale or have run out of size.
  • If you have a shoe that is too big, try putting some tissue papers or cotton around it (that is if you could not find a shoe pad).
  • Once in a month or so, use a pumice stone (available in most pharmacy) to rub your foot gently on the base area to remove any unwanted skin.
  • Use moisturizer moisturise on your foot as well.
  • To relief your foot after a hard day of work, add a few drops of natural oil (i.e. baby oil, almond oil) to a tub of cold water. Place your foot there for about 10 minutes. Then place your foot in a tub of hot water for another 5 minutes. You might want to add a few drops of lemon juice to remove the smell. Wipe the excess water then apply some moisturizer on your foot. Your foot should feel terrifically great after this.
