Good for what?
People enjoy yoga for many different reasons,
not least as a means of helping them relax. The breathing exercises can
also be used to help relieve asthma, while the stretching exercises can
strengthen back muscles and improve posture.
So what's the choice?
There are a number of different kinds of yoga,
focusing on various approaches to breathing, posture and body movement.

details at your local health centre.
