Ingredients:
- 6 oz ready to use graham cracker pie crust
- 2 8-oz pkgs cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspon vanilla
- 2 eggs
Direction:
Blend cream cheese, sugar and vanilla at medium speed until well
blended. Add the two eggs, mix well. Pour into pie crust and bake
at 350F for 40 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool. For
best results refrigerate for three hours. Makes 8 servings.
