Ingredients:
- 1 cup butter
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1/4 cup icing sugar
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup rice flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons almond extract
- 1 cup icing sugar
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
- 24 maraschino cherries,whole, with stems
- 1/2 cup raspberry jam
Direction:Pastry - Butter should be soft, combing together and roll out into
pastry shells. Spoon 1 teaspoon of jam in bottom and top with
filling.Bake at 350 - 10-15 minutes. Ice when cool. Top with cherry.
