Prepare Angel Food Cake for filling.

Whip together until stiff

• 3 c. whipping cream
• 1/3 c. confectioners' sugar

Fold into a little less than half the cream.

• 3/4 c. crushed pineapple, well drained
• 1 c. fresh strawberries, cut in halves
• 6 marshmellows, cut in quarters

 

 
 
 

Direction:

Replace top of cake and spead remaining cream on top and sides.
Chill 4 to 8 hours.
