Prepare Angel Food Cake for filling.
Whip together until stiff
- 3 c. whipping cream
- 1/3 c. confectioners' sugar
Fold into a little less than half the cream.Direction:
- 3/4 c. crushed pineapple, well drained
- 1 c. fresh strawberries, cut in halves
- 6 marshmellows, cut in quarters
Replace top of cake and spead remaining cream on top and sides.
Chill 4 to 8 hours.
