Ingredients:
- 2 Egg yolks
- 1 c Sugar
- 2 tb Butter
- 2 c Apples; peeled and sliced
- 1 ts Vanilla
- 1 Pie crust (9 inch)
Direction:In top of double boiler,combine egg yolks and sugar. Add butter, apples and vanilla; stir to mix.Place over boiling water in double boiler, stirring constantly until thickened.Pour into pie crust. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
