Ingredients:
- 7 to 10 apples, sliced
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 Tbsp flour
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- butter
- 4 cups flour
- 1 1/2 cups butter
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- 8 Tbsp milk
Direction:Beat 2 eggs with 8 tablespoons milk; mix flour, melted butter and
salt. Add all together. Roll out 1/2 dough on jelly roll pan. Roll
second half on wax paper to be placed on top.Place apple slices on bottom crust; make full. Sprinkle with sugar,
flour and cinnamon. Lay slices of butter on top. Cover with other
half of crust. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour. While still hot,
frost with running frosting of powdered sugar, milk and vanilla.
