Ingredients:
- 150 g (5.3 oz) prunes (without stones)
- 150 g (5.3 oz) dried apricots
- 50 g (1.8 oz) raisins
- 50 g (1.8 oz) frozen or fresh raspberries
- 100 g (3.5 oz) plums, or skinless orange wedges
- 2 dl (0.8 c) water
- 2 dl (0.8 c) Aquavit
- 1 vanilla pod (split lengthways)
- 2 cinnamon sticks
Direction:
Boil Aquavit, water, sugar, cinnamon sticks and vanilla pod. Let
it simmer for 20 minutes. Take it off the heat, add apricots and
prunes and put it in the refrigerator. Add remaining ingredients
when the mix has cooled.
