Basil and Nectarine Bagel

 
 
 
 
  • 1 large (or 2 small) fresh California nectarines, thinly sliced
  • 2 bagels, split
  • 6 T light or fat-free cream cheese
  • 12 large basil leaves
  • cracked black pepper and/or red chili flakes

 

Toast bagels and spread with cream cheese (1-1/2 tablespoons per bagel half). Top with basil leaves and nectarine slices. Sprinkle with pepper and/or chili flakes.
