Beef Kidneys With Pumpkin And Cream

 
 
 
Ingredients:
  • 2 beef kidneys, cut in halves
  • 1 onion, peeled, sliced
  • 1/2 pumpkin, peeled, seeded, quartered not too large
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cup cream, boiled
  • seasonings to taste
  • Direction:
    Put all ingredients, except the Cream, in a baking pan. Bake in moderate oven for 30 minutes. Add the boiled cream. Let cook together 2 minutes. Then serve.
