Brussels Sprout And Noodle Soup

 

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 pound Brussels sprouts, washed, cleaned
  • 1/2 cup noodles, broken in pieces
  • 7 cups water
  • 1 cup milk, scalded
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • seasonings to taste
  • Put all ingredients, except the milk, in a kettle. Cover. Cook for about 20 minutes. Add the scalded milk and serve.
