Brussels Sprout, Celery And Macaroni Soup

 
 

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 pound Brussels sprouts, washed, cleaned
  • 3 tablespoons celery, washed, chopped
  • 1/2 cup macaroni, broken in pieces
  • 7 cups water
  • seasonings to taste

    Put all ingredients in a kettle. Cover. Cook for about 30 minutes. Then serve.
