Cabbage (Red), Milk And Onion Soup

 
 

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 head red cabbage, washed, shredded
  • 4 onions, peeled, chopped
  • 3 cups water
  • 3 cups milk, scalded
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • seasonings to taste

    Put all ingredients in a stew pan. Cover. Let cook slowly for about 30 minutes. Then serve.
