Methods:
Stir dry ingredients in a bowl.
Cut in the shortening and then add 1/2 of the water.
Stir mixture with a fork and add more water only if necessary to work in flour.
Add cheese and knead together.

Roll out cheese pie crust and cut out 4" circles, squares or triangles. In bowl, grate up an apple that has been pealed and cored. Add 1 mashed up banana and just a sprinkle or so of cinnamon. Mix and place a small amount of the apple mixture in the center of each pie crust piece. Bring the sides together and pinch them shut. Bake for 30 minutes at 350

Cut the cheese pie crust in strips and wrap it around a whole or half of a hotdog. Or you can use Little Smokey's. Bake at 350 until crust is golden brown.

Use leftover pie crust to make cheese twists. Roll the dough out and cut into strips. Twist the strips and bake at 350 until crust is done. Before baking, you can brush these with an egg yolk and water mixture and then sprinkle on some sesame or sunflower seeds.
