Chicken In Cups

 
 
 
Ingredients:
  • chicken (leftover), cooked, passed through meat grinder
  • egg
  • milk, scalded
  • seasonings to taste

    Direction:
    Use 1 egg for 1 cup of chopped chicken and 1/2 cup of milk. Mix egg and milk and add the seasonings and chicken. Pour mixture into coffee cups. Set coffee cups in pan of water. Bake in moderate oven for 30 minutes. Serve as an entree.
