Chicken Liver And Macaroni Soup Recipe

 
 
 

Ingredients:

  • 6 chicken livers, chopped fine
  • 1 onion, peeled, chopped fine
  • 6 tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/2 cup macaroni, broken in pieces
  • 3 cups water
  • seasonings to taste

 
 
Put chicken livers, onion, tomatoes, water and seasonings in a sauce pan. Bring to a boil. Add the macaroni. Cover. Let boil slowly for 25 minutes. Then serve.
