Ingredients:
2 chickens (broilers), cut in halves 6 potatoes, peeled, sliced 3 tablespoons butter 1 tablespoon paprika 1/2 cup water seasonings to taste
Direction:
Cream butter with the paprika. Put all other ingredients in a roasting pan. Spread butter on top. Bake in moderate oven for about 30 minutes. Then serve.
