Ingredients:
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup margarine or butter
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 1/3 cups flaked coconut
- 1 cup chopped pecans
Direction:
Mix sugar, butter, milk, vanilla and egg yolks in saucepan. Cook
over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until thick, about 12
minutes. Stir in coconut and pecans. Beat until spreading consistency.
