Creamy 2-Step Cheesecake

 
 
 
 
Ingredients:
  • 8 oz package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 8 oz tub whipped topping, thawed
  • 6 oz graham cracker or chocolate pie crust

 
 
Direction:
Mix cream cheese and sugar with electric mixer or wire whisk until
well blended.  Gently stir in whipped topping.  Spoon into crust.
Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.  Garnish as desired.  Store in
refrigerator.
