PURPLE COW
 

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup grape juice
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 banana, sliced


Methods:
Mix above ingredients in a blender.


 
 
 
PEANUT BUTTER SHAKE
Ingredeints:
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 Tbsp. creamy peanut butter

  • Methods:
    Blend together.


     
     
    BANANA MILKSHAKE
    Ingredients:
    • 1 cup milk
    • 1 banana, sliced
    Methods:
    Blend milk and banana together for a  milkshake.
    3-4 oz. servings

     
     
    ORANGE DELIGHT
    Ingredients:


    • 1/4 cup orange juice concentrate
    • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
    • 1/2 cup milk
    Methods:
    Blend ingredients together in a blender. A banana can be substituted for the yogurt.

     
     
    STRAWBERRY MILKSHAKE

    Ingredients:


  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 ripe banana, slice
  • 3 - 5 de-stemmed strawberries

  • Methods:
    Blend together for a great milkshake. Add a raw egg to the drink and make a nutritious breakfast drink.

    PINEAPPLE MILKSHAKE
     

    Ingredients:

    • 1 cup unsweetened pineapple juice
    • 1 egg (optional)
    • 1 tsp. vanilla
    • 1/4 cup instant nonfat dry milk
    • 1 small banana, sliced


    Methods:
    Blend ingredients together in a blender and serve.
    makes 4 - 4oz servings.


     
     
    BANANA POWER SHAKE
     

    Ingredients:

    • 2 bananas - frozen(cut in thirds)
    • 1c. milk -8oz.
    • 1pkt carnation instant breakfast mix (any brand&flavor)

      Methods:
      Place in blender till frozen ingredients are crushed..

    • 1 ice tray of frozen Orange juice
    • 2 bananas
    • 1 4oz vanilla yogert
