2 c Grapefruit juice 1 c Orange juice 1 c Buttermilk (1% fat) 1 Ripe banana, cut in chunks 1 c Strawberries, sliced 1 c Cantaloupe pieces 2 t Sugar 1/2 t Ground Cardamom Strawberries and fresh mint for garnish

Combine all ingredients (except strawberries and mint for garnish), in several batches, in a blender or food processor; cover; blend until smooth. Chill at least 1 hour. Garnish with strawberry slices and mint if desired. Makes 4 servings.
