Five Fruit Soup 

 


  • 2 c Grapefruit juice
  • 1 c Orange juice
  • 1 c Buttermilk (1% fat)
  • 1 Ripe banana, cut in chunks
  • 1 c Strawberries, sliced
  • 1 c Cantaloupe pieces
  • 2 t Sugar
  • 1/2 t Ground Cardamom
  • Strawberries and fresh mint for garnish

    Combine all ingredients (except strawberries and mint for garnish), in several batches, in a blender or food processor; cover; blend until smooth. Chill at least 1 hour. Garnish with strawberry slices and mint if desired. Makes 4 servings.
