Frozen Papaya Daiquiri 

 
 

  • 1 papaya
  • 4 oz. light rum
  • 1/4 c fresh lime juice
  • 2 T sugar
  • 8 to 10 ice cubes
  • lime slices for garnish
  •  


    Cut papaya into halves, remove the seeds, and coarsely chop. Combine all the ingredients except lime slices in a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into cocktail glasses. Garnish with lime slices.
