Fruit 'N' Juice Breakfast Shake

 
 

  • 1 Banana, very ripe, peeled
  • 3/4 c Pineapple juice
  • 1/2 c Low-fat vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 c Strawberries, stem removed, rinsed

  • Break banana into small pieces and place in the blender with pineapple juice, yogurt and strawberries. Secure lid and blend until smooth. Divide shake between two glasses and serve immediately. Makes 2 servings.
