Fruit Smoothie 

 
 

  • 1 (8 oz) container flavored non-fat yogurt (banana, strawberry or your favorite!)
  • 1 c Verdelli fresh-cut fruit (honeydew, cantaloupe, and/or pineapple)
  • 1/4 c milk (or fruit juice for added fruit flavor)
  •  


    In a blender, combine the above ingredients. Blend on high until smooth.

    2 servings.
