Fruity Breakfast Parfait 

 
 
 
 


  • 2 c Fresh pineapple, chopped
  • 1 c Frozen raspberries, thawed
  • 1 c Lowfat vanilla yogurt
  • 1 Banana (medium, firm), peeled and diced
  • 1/3 c Dates, chopped
  • 1/4 c Almonds sliced, toasted

  • In glasses, layer pineapple, raspberries, yogurt, banana, and dates. Sprinkle the top with almonds.
