Ingredients:
- 8 oz Cream cheese -- softened
- 1 tb Orange rind -- grated
- 2 tb Orange juice
- 1/2 c Sugar, confectioners
- 1 Crust, crumb 8"
- 6 Crumb tart shells
- 2 c Fresh fruit -- such as
-Fresh whole berries
-Seedless green grapes
-Pitted sweet cherries
-Sliced peaches
-Nectarines
-Plums -- etc.
Direction:Beat cheese, rind, juice, and sugar together until
fluffy. Fill pie crust o tart shells with cheese
mixture. Chill thoroughly. Top with fruit. Add 1
tablesppon lemon juice to peaches or nectarines to
prevent discoloration. S more sugar generously over
fruit.
