Ingredients:
- 1 cup Butter; or margarine -- softened
- 3/4 cup Brown sugar -- packed
- 3/4 cup Sugar
- 1 Egg
- 1 ts Vanilla extract
- 2 cups All purpose flour
- 1 cup Quick cooking oats
- 1 teaspoon Baking soda
- 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
- 1 cup Pumpkin -- canned or fresh
- 1 1/2 cups Semi-sweet chocolate chips
Direction:
1. In a mixing bowl, cream better and sugars. Beat in egg and vanilla.
2. Combine flour, oats, baking soda and cinnamon; stir into creamed
mixture alternately with pumpkin.
3. Fold in chocolate chips. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto greased baking
sheets.
4. Bake at 350 degrees for 12-13 minutes or until lightly browned.NOTE: Easy enough for kids to do, and delicious...
