  • 1/4 cup fat-free, cholesterol free prepared Italian dressing
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil leaves
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes, crushed
  • 2 cups cooked shell macaroni, drained
  • 1 can (6-oz) water-packed albacore tuna, drained and flaked
  • 3/4 cup diced tomato
  • 1/2 ripe medium avocado, seeded, peeled, and diced
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
  • 2 Tbsp chopped black olives
  • 4 green leaf lettuce leaves

 
In small bowl, combine dressing, basil, garlic, and red pepper flakes; set aside. In large bowl combine macaroni albacore, tomato, avocado, red onion, and olives. Add dressing and toss. Line four plates with lettuce leaves, spoon on salad.
