PUMPKIN NUTS

 
 
1.Save the seeds when you clean out your Halloween Jack-o-lantern.

2.Rinse the seeds if you wish.

3.Melt 3 or 4 Tbsp. butter or margarine in a pan, add a dash of Worchestershire sauce.

4.Mix together with the seeds.

5.Spread out on a cookie sheet and sprinkle them with a little salt.

6.Bake at 350 until the seeds are brown and crispy.

7.Stir from time to time.

8.Roasted pumpkin seeds are eaten shell and all.
