24 Bananas 6 lbs Fresh whole strawberries (6 qts) 6 lbs Vanilla yogurt (3 qts) 7 oz Toasted chopped almonds (1-1/2 cups)

For individual servings; peel and split 1 banana. Place banana halves in serving bowl. Top with 4 ounces (1 cup) fresh strawberries, 4 ounces (1/2 cup) yogurt and 1 Tbsp. chopped, toasted almonds. Makes 24 servings.
