Ingredients:
- 1 can (16 oz) sweet potaotes, drained
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup applesauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Place sweet potatoes in a 1 quart casserole. Sprinkle with salt. Spoon applesauce over potatoes. Sprinkle with brown sugar; dot with butter. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
