As a response to terrorism in America Pepper Swartz, a University of Washington sociologist, says she has heard all kinds of people saying, "I don't know why, but I feel like going out and having sex with strangers."


"The Afghanistan resistance could overthrow the Taliban regime in Afghanistan within six months if the West upplied it with cash and weapons." Said by the brother of assassinated Northern Alliance commander, Ahmed hah Masood in a press interview."


A senior Indian government official was quoted as saying, "The global war on terrorism will eventually target he Pakistani bases of Muslim guerillas fighting Indian rule in disputed Kashmir".


"The ousted ex-Prime Minister of Pakistan, Benazir Bhutto, says that the neighboring countries "all hate the aliban". And that, "the Taliban must be overthrown and this is an opportunity to overthrow them."


In yet another threat to the Taliban, British Prime Minister, Tony Blair, said in an address to his governing abour party, "Surrender the terrorists, or surrender power."


"British Prime Minister, Tony Blair, addressing a Labor Party congress, accused bin Laden of the Sept. 11 ttacks saying, ``Be in no doubt, bin Laden and his people organized this atrocity''. In the same talk he called he Taliban regime that protects bin Laden ``a regime founded on fear and funded by the drugs trade."


Without actually naming the United States, Mohammad Javad Zarif, Iran's Deputy Foreign Minister, told he United Nations that, "Terrorism is a heinous product of a foreign policy based on the idea that might makes right."


"Before the terrorist attacks on September 11, the Bush administration was on the verge of announcing a iddle East diplomatic initiative that would include United States support for the creation of a Palestinian state", laims a report in the New York Times."


Spokesman for the Pakistan's Foreign Minister, Abdul Sattar, claimed the evidence showing Osama bin aden's responsibility for the September 11th terrorist attacks on America would, "certainly provide sufficient asis for an indictment in a court of law."


"In a joint statement asking for a united stand on the "war on terrorism" at the upcoming meeting of the rganization of Islamic Conference ministers in Qatar, The President of Iran, Mr. Mohammad Khatami, and the rime Minister of Malaysia, Dr. Mahathir Mohamad, say, "We think that terrorism can only be defeated by ttending to the causes."


British Prime Minister, Tony Blair, told parliament that he had, "absolutely no doubt of Osama's guilt."


"William Wallace, professor of international relations at the London School of Economics says the case against sama bin Laden was, "persuasive rather than convincing", and that it, "would not stand up in a court of law."


It is a sobering thought that better evidence is required to prosecute a shoplifter than is needed to commence world war," argued Anthony Scrivener one of Britain's leading lawyers, in The Times newspaper."

Angry with recent statements acknowledging US support for the creation of a Palestinian state, Ariel Sharon, rime Minister of Israel said, "Do not try to appease the Arabs at Israel's expense, that is unacceptable to us. rom now on we can only count on only ourselves."


"After reporting President George Bush's anger that Israeli Prime Minister, Ariel Sharon had accused the US f appeasement, US Secretary of State, Colin Powel said, "Israel has no better or stronger friend and ally in the orld than the United States."
